About Ikeolu Gbadegesin Adeyemi

Iké was born in Nigeria and came to the United States at age 13.

As an undergraduate at Harvard University, Iké volunteered as an English teacher for recent immigrants. She also interned at Greater Boston Legal Services, providing housing advocacy to economically disadvantaged clients. She attended Harvard Law School, where she was a submissions editor for the International Law Journal and co-president of the International Law Society.

Iké formerly worked in the Project Finance group of Skadden Arps in Washington, DC and then was Senior International Attorney with the Millennium Challenge Corporation. She sits on the board of Silicon Valley Education Foundation, one of the largest education nonprofits in Silicon Valley, dedicated to raising STEM performance for underserved students in the bay area.
