About Min Ho Kim

MIN HO KIM is President of Nearon Enterprises, a real estate investment company based in the San Francisco Bay Area with properties concentrated in Northern California, Southern California, Utah, Arizona and Colorado. Previously, Min was a Managing Principal at Westbrook Partners, a global real estate private equity firm, and a Director at BlackRock, Inc., an investment management firm.

Min is of Korean decent. His father immigrated to the United States during the Korean War and his mother immigrated in the late 1960's. His parents live in Seattle, Washington.

Min graduated with a joint degree from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. Min received his BA in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. During college, Min was a varsity member of the national champions Cal Rugby team.

After graduate studies, Min worked as a consultant with McKinsey and Company and then with Westbrook Partners and BlackRock, Inc. for over 20 years. Most recently, Min is President of Nearon Enterprises.
