Three Ways To Honor Immigrant Heritage Month

June is Immigrant Heritage Month. The Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans is proud to celebrate the contributions of outstanding immigrants and children of immigrants from all backgrounds. Fellows can learn more about Immigrant Heritage Month and participate in the #IAmAnImmigrant campaign in the following ways.
1. Find An Event Or Plan One
The organizers behind Immigrant Heritage Month have put together events in every state so that participants can give back. They are partnering with individuals, organizations, churches, and companies across the country to stand with immigrants. Join an event near you by signing up here. If you don’t see an event in your area you can download the toolkit for starting your own here.
2. Share Your Story
Share your story or help others tell their stories on social media using the hashtag #IAmAnImmigrant. You can see examples here.
3. Add A Photo Filter To Your Profile Picture
Use the Immigrant Heritage Month photo generator to update your profile photo with the I Am An Immigrant or I stand with Immigrants logo. ∎
